HOSTELLERIE LAFARQUE ****

The Hostellerie Lafarque is a former manor of a wool lord and an important gourmet location in Wallonia. It welcomes its guests in a large wooded park. The estate is located halfway between Spa and Francorchamps, in the heart of the 'Blue Ardennes'. The owner is the former manager of a Swiss hotel school and combines Swiss accuracy with Belgian joviality. The Alsatian manageress is known for her warm welcome and the chef from the Jura offers an innovative cuisine. Together they offer you a perfect mix between tradition and modernity. The menu offers a combination of regional products, wild herbs and vegetables from their own vegetable garden, as well as spices from all over the world.
